Our organization, ______________________, supports the new Schuylkill River Park and believes that it is a valuable amenity to the residents of the City of Philadelphia. In order to maximize the value of the large investment of public funds made to build this park, we believe that safe and convenient ground level access to the park should be provided at Locust and Race Streets. We urge the City of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to take all measures possible to guarantee safe and convenient ground level access from Locust and Race Streets to the Schuylkill River Park.
