The Free Schuylkill River Park Press Conference held on Tuesday, October 05, 2004 was a great success with WPHL-WB17, WPVI-ABC 6, WTXF FOX29, WHYY FM, KYW1060 and the Philadelphia Inquirer in attendance. We also had representatives of Senator Arlen Specter, State Senator Vince Fumo, City Council President Anna Verna, Councilman Darrell Clarke there and many of you supporters. Councilman Jack Kelly attended to express his support and he vowed to get CSX back to the table. The Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia and Center City Residents Association urged CSX to get back on track. Thank you to everyone who attended and lent a hand.
